Reason for the Season and Full of Smiles

It's been a while since I wrote anything like a poem but sitting down after FHE and putting our kids to bed. I was full of happiness and wanting to write down our family night. :)

Three pairs of bright blue eyes,

and full of giggles.

All now in their beds

with smiles and wiggles.

Christmas is coming

and my boys know it.

The tree decorated,

twinkling lights are lit.

Joyous music plays,

excitement fills the air.

My hubby and I relax,

while we dare.

One of the best times,

and Jason's favorite season.

From long ago, 

Christ's birth is the reason.
